When using the pool, please adhere to all posted warnings, please remove the vacuum while swimming, no dogs or food in the pool.

For gatherings over 40 people, a pool chemical fee will be assessed

Upon departure:

Clean up all food mess, spray off deck if needed. stack chairs and umbrellas, clean up area, clean bathroom, net pool if needed, turn off all equipment and lights, remove everything out of the pool, especially if at the bottom, and lastly please please please make sure the vacuum is plugged in.

Pool Rules

Pool use not allowed without member owners present

Member owners must review rules with all visitors when swimming at the pool.

Children must be accompanied by a guardian as there is no lifeguard on duty.

No pushing

No running

ROPE RULES

-From lower waterfall height only, never from higher levels on boulders or cliff jump wall

-One person on the rope at a time

-No flips or head first off rope, feet in first

No distance diving off top rocks

No diving in kid’s pool or in the spa

Basketball to be used while in the water only, no shooting from deck, boulders, etc

No animals inside the pool fence area or on the outside splash pad

No alcohol, smoking, vaping or drugs allowed

No food, gum etc. in water areas

Do not leave hair ties, bobby pins, ponytail holders, etc in water or on deck

No oils in pool area

No distance diving off top rocks

Do not leave anything in the pool or on the bottom of the pool

When using facilities in the community, a member of the HOA and LLC must be present for supervision. Please ensure all items that get used get returned promptly. And that upon departure all lights, fans, gas, or features, ect get turned off or put back in its proper place.

No Liquor, Alcohol, drugs, vaping, smoking, or any other impairment related substances can be used or be present on any of the common areas or property owned by SVE Lot 14 LLC at any time.

Please always be clean, helpful and thinking of others of the community. Along those lines we as that noise be in consideration of others and there be no music playing at any of the common areas, streets, pool ramada, backetball courts, ect after 1030pm.

Please be mindful of creating a safe environment for all those living in the community.

Please be clean and courteous to the property and to the community. We are a small intimate community and .we ask that proper respect for not only the members but for the facilities and property being used.
